With more than 250 operatives working across multiple divisions and locations, maintaining workforce compliance and training oversight is critical. Staff must hold the correct certifications and training to operate equipment safely, meet industry standards, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality.
Historically, Multevo relied on manual tracking systems and multiple spreadsheets to record employee certifications and training records. As the business continued to grow, this approach became increasingly difficult to manage.
Certificates were stored in different places. Updates required manual data entry. Tracking expirations was time-consuming. And gaining a clear, company-wide view of workforce compliance was challenging.
What had once worked for a smaller organisation was no longer scalable.
